Fair value gain for FY 2017 is $44.5m vs $2.3m in FY2016.
9M17 profit was $13.1m vs FY16 $33.6m..
so if we were to include this fair value gain ... :D

Yes - very good news on the asset revaluation side coming. This amidst a recovering local office, commercial and residential market. This even without any other positive developments which we are not even aware of yet.

The gains is estimated to be at least $100 millions, 30 millions from Australia hotel to be treated as reserve in the Balance Sheet and $70 millions from investment properties to be treated as current year earnings. Of the $70 millions, about $40 millions from Robinson Tower. Next year Robinson Tower has additional gain (Developer Profit) about $60 millions.

Well jolly good news came in - just announced via SGX sizeable revaluation gains in SGP and Australia. Should impact both P/L and NAV/NTA for FY2017. Accountants pls take a look and share. Tks.

I think likely a more gradual rise? Perhaps towards 60cents mark closer to completion of R18 by year end? Just my view and DYODD.

On the positive note, I noticed that TOP on the side boarding says TOP in Q3 2018, so an early Christmas present may be coming. I will factor this into my price target and dates for TS. |

Thx.  I think good thing is the delay wld have afforded opportunities to mkt the building for better yields (at least for areas not yet committed earlier).

Actually I think they had great difficulty and ditched the former contractor and also the R18 basement automated carpark was a big problem. For years, it was a big construction mess onsite. Was afraid they ran out of financing. Glad that is now behind us.

| Yes, definitely.  They have a lot of commercial and office space in 18 Robinson, Robinson Point, Sime Darby Centre and The Oxley.  Also in Perth Hyatt and Melbourne Hyatt hotel developments |
