Latest Deal is not good and market is punishing price....dilution at DPU level and not truly yield accretion with acquisition of changing point.....why go into non core sector?   Big equity and rights will dilute esp also new units at more than 6% discount. This is not the style of ser ping? So what is going on....is there something he is not saying about this asset? 

I think changes are coming into a reit with recent Aussie buys and now this one...won' t n be long before ceo jalan. ,,

That is a question for the board to answer.   Investors like us think they overpay for the property and the market punishes A Reit for the poor decision.

At the price they pay the yield is only 5.9%, which is poor.   Thats why drop.   The acquisition and rights will further put downward pressure on the yield.
