But dont short too fast and happy,   ú may try to short, but observe strict stop.

i think it could rise, chances very great, take care.

Short selling order

Q21. I have marked my sell orders wrongly and the orders have been executed. Can I modify the order later? Will I be penalized if I do not correct the sell order?

Yes, you can approach your broker to correct your sell orders if the orders have been executed.  Your broker should submit the amendments to SGX on your behalf before 5.45pm on the next trading day.  You must inform your broker in advance so that he has sufficient time to prepare the amendments for submission to SGX.  You are also expected to accurately correct the quantity of the sell orders.

The accurate disclosure of sell orders is necessary for factual information to be provided to market participants regarding short selling.    As such information may be taken into account by investors when making trading decisions, it is important that false or misleading information not be presented.

Section 330(1) of the SFA states that any person who, with intent to deceive, makes or furnishes, or knowingly and wilfully authorises or permits the making or furnishing of, any false or misleading statement or report to a securities exchange, futures exchange, designated clearing house or any officers thereof relating to dealing in securities shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or  both.  

In applying section 330(1) of the SFA, MAS will consider whether there was intent to deceive in respect of sell orders that had been inaccurately marked by SGX-ST Trading Members or inaccurately disclosed by market participants. As such, if you or your broker is found to have intent to deceive in respect of sell orders, you or your broker will be penalized under section 330(1).

Notwithstanding, as mentioned above, you may notify your broker to correct your sell orders and brokers are required to submit the amendments to SGX before 5.45pm the next trading day.

if u wanna play, u are playing for bounces (assuming u are buying)..

 

I think if u have read my post, I said to sell We holding if it hit 12c.

I don't think anyone heal the call, right.

Be greedy when everyone is fearful, n be fearful when everyone is greedy, cannot work for penny.

shd be ...be even more fearful, when everyone is fearful and greedier when everyone is greedy.

If you have become more fearful then anyone over the past week when u see selling, you should have leave by then, then today u are safe.

Is this the end of penny rally, is on everyone mind.

I dont know, but i know the fear will keep ppl away form penny for along time.

this is my guess, but i will be looking to trade, if play return.

I think, better to play day to day, cover back at the end of the day, do not leave your short open.

Since, the wk before last week, selling was already on going but smaller, so this week , i think selling about done, maybe by tomolo,

I have already said Monday will be judgemnet day for penny.

cover all my short. hope you profit from the panic.

We holding and ntegrator, are bothe wonderful stock, both way.

I  short Rowsley also ,  make a small proft, i think we shd not short this one, strong maker here. Beware.

sell 505, saw it weaken , but later see buying strong , cover back at 495.

Curbing of penny rumour by house and broker, and heavy contra player losses, with force selling. make those heavily speculate counter drop like stone.

Penny stock got no value. They are for speculating, trade. Now, what you seeing here, ppl complaining, is normal, history always repeat itself.

Short We hlding from 12c, at first it went up, i thought i got it worng again till it reverse., cover back at 7c.

Ntegrator, on opening sell 102, cover back 84.

good stock for both way.

now u realised it is good for me to loss 9k , earlier last week. it is a small amount for stop loss. an insurance for me to stay in this game.

 

I heard some traders shorted $0.20 50,000 lots and laugh all the way to bank !

 

This time the directors all pocket fat fat waiting to go invest in nightclubs and new launch condo. Too bad to say ship has been abandoned by captain. 3 cheers for the WE directors.
