if they have secured the cement deal thn is ok to have rights...but previously they kip wasting money acquisite this n that thn end up dropping the idea again...abit wtf... they shd be more focus in their main objective la...or mayb they are just tryin to bring in some revenue n profit while trying to move into resources...only the management will know ba...

This company is a penny stock that has no fundamandal
It can go lower and lower to a level many people don' t believe until it happen
last time i hold from 0.041 I also cannot believe it will become 0.011 today

From March this year around 4cts to today 1.1 should likely be minimal risk of further downside unless something really go wrong with the fundamental of the Company.

As long as fundamentaly sound (I m not very sure). should be ok for mid to long term.. BBs like to collect cheap cheap and punt up high high..
