Interest from institutional investors 16x oversubscribed and from Singapore public 30x over.
This is better than the NTT reit. I?m glad some people agree with me? I was losing faith!

JS SEZ is for low end job to move over to JB .... HQ might be in Woodlands
Centurion is doing the right things, asset light ... taking cash out 14 properties for app $1.8B.
If so good why want to release them ... smart move  Whitelotus33 ( Date: 23-Sep-2025 23:40) Posted:
Interesting idea having workers live in Johor. The problem is you need two immigration permits - one for Malaysia and one for Singapore. Then you need to bus them in wasting hours each way. Sounds impractical to me.
There is no supply glut. The capacity of purpose built worker accommodation needs to double.

Looking at the flow chart, there are toh guan, woodlands, ubi, mandai and so forth ....
mostly in the north .... there seems to be a glut of supply in the northern part of SG. With the JS SEZ, how will be the dynamic of the change which is happening next year 2026
Guess the big names should lend support to it .... anyway let see how is the result tomorrow  |

Think should be announced after market tomorrow - curious to see how popular it is and will be. At least CAREIT is majority Singapore assets (70%) unlike NTT which are US and EU - also doesnt help that it was priced in USD.

Stlimst' s remark caught my attention and worth mulling it through
这 么 好 的 东 西 拿 出 来 卖 .
I' m eager to watch how the market react to the launch on 25 Sept both Centurion and Carrot
hope it will perform better than NTT DC
we should know the result for the IPO soon

The share price of CCL continues to bafffle me.
I thought the writeup by Dr Wealth was quite comprehensive.
It mentioned that CCL will retain 37 properties and only injecting 14 properties into CAREIT.
So with $1.40 per share for the divestment, it appears that the remaining assets in CCL only worth $0.22 cents (based on the current price of $1.62) ????
I think something is very wrong |

Let' s put it this way, do you think the people who owned the majority of Centurion would try to spin off a Reit and sell it to new investors if it were a bad deal for them? This is something they  chose  to do.
See rule #1 - the insiders and BBs always win.
That is the simple reasoning. The math is that Centurion is receiving S$ 1.4 in consideration in REIT units and cash from the spin off. If you sell your shares at $1.62 do you think you are getting a good deal? Centurion will continue to receive distributions from the REIT  and  management fees  and  revenue from the assets it did not sell.  |
