0.001 is indeed the lowest a stock price can go for our market. BUT.........
That does not mean the stock value will not go down anymore.
Consider this, if the decision to consolidate the shares, eg: 100:1 it will create room for the price to drop further.From my limited memory, recent examples are SunMoon and DigiLand.
What this means is, example if you are holding 1,000,000 shares at 0.001 immediately after consolidation of say, 100:1 you will be holding 10,000 at 0.10
At 10 cents a piece, there will be plenty of room to slide if the stock is going thru a downtrend.
(100:1 is just an example, can be 50:1 or 500:1 and so forth)

I thought they pocketed millions of dollars from rights issue in Q4 2016 and placement flooded with a, total 2.5b shares also tyre punctured again
