After this Qingdao beer festival organised btw July to August. It will be the first time follow up by Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) subsidiary. Sphere Exhibits to organise the first Beerfest Asia event in China - Beerfest Shandong in Oct.
It is mean for international customers who may have the time n space to visit (oversea) for the first. So believe some beer lovers here in SG may try there. (First time experience). Think Day hotel (newly renovated) maybe fully book which is operated by Imperium Crown.
Just sharing info in what I'm thinking.

I think Imperium is good (on paper at least) and I have put some money in it and had also averaged down. But I also need to diversity and cannot out all eggs in one basket. You talk like an expert. I think you can understand. For everyone, other than whether investment is good or not, there is also investment budget and risk management. Sometimes, don&rsquo t need to quote Big names like Warren Buffet or talk big/fluffy statements (which most people cannot connect with), better to talk common sense and speak laymen terms.
You talk like you know what the management is doing, you have lots of money and you are super good in investing. So what have you been doing with Imperium? Average down, short sell, start to accumulate or just talk talk at the side?

Most importantly that two plot of land ...what are they going to develop ? Retail space or ? And i think it will take years to see result
