Actually, all current shares will be converted by 50:1, which means there shouldn' t be any effect since it' s actually net zero. It' s not like company buy back shares or issue rights/warrants that reduce or increase market floats. Is my understand correct?

That' s true. Now sell vol

not sure too bro, but should be more room to go up because this is E Payment.
Citicode RTO is 500:1 at 0.001 with Livingstone and post consolidated shares already 50c but Livingstone is Healthcare, difference valuation.

I hope I am wrong but expect share price to be moving in tight range .01-.012 leading up to share consolidation but miracle can happen :)
have to see the 16m placement shares is placed to who and who are subscribers
