If like ISR....from 10.1c to now 25.5c in less a couple of weeks. In fact...it went as high as 28.5c, whoever managed to hold this will Huat Gao Gao. This Rowsley after giving out free warrants has gone from cheap to cheapest and the warrants are bear traps as they won't even worth 0.001c soon. Zero value....PL's pattern, all the free warrants are going to be worthless just his "bullshit" to lure in the shareholders and supporters.
anyone know if this counter got share consolidation?

Medical is back on the card for ROWSLEY PETER LIM
AWAY from the public eye, Thomson Medical Pte Ltd,
controlled by Singapore billionaire Peter Lim, has been busy
growing its services and is now looking to add more beds to its
hospital in Novena as it works towards a local listing in the
near future.
Roy Quek, who took over as chairman of Thomson Medical last
November, told The Business Times in an interview that he had
aimed for a Singapore listing within 12 to 18 months of helming
the business.
" If we were to do a listing now, we' d probably have a market
capitalisation of S$2-3 billion. I think we can do better. We' re
targeting S$5 billion for a start and trying to grow that."

The final purchase price will be subject to terms and conditions set out in the arrangement which includes the achievement of cumulative net profit after tax target of S$5.2 million up till December 2019.

Current TP only 0.12, does it mean got chance to push beyond 0.15? Good leh.
Real estate firm Rowsley announced on Wednesday that is signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement with vendors to buy Ariva for up to S$10.6 million, in a strategic bid to expand its hospitality business.
The deal will be paid in cash and the allotment and issuance of new Rowsley shares at an issue price of 15 cents each.

Guess that they bought up Ariva to help ramp up its hospitality business in Asia and hoping can push harder their "Football Hotel and cafe" brand esp in football crazy cities.

The Football Hotel franchise is a positive and profitable brand that should be explored further esp since the Chinese are football crazy now.
