Another possible - is a TS REIT for the commercial hospitality business including the Hyatt Perth, Hyatt Melbourne, TS 18 Robinson and LINK Mall. This will separate the good assets from the sour ones like the Batam Township, China assets etc.

It better be some good news, and not some low ball privatisation using a Scheme of Arrangement. If its a public offer with 90percent threshold, sure will fail if its a low ball price.
Volume picking up, let see over the next week over 30cents
Ignore people that give negative feedback, some people may have loss money in this counter
Share can be up and down, no right or wrong. Timing is the most key factor ( hope my opinion of take over is true )

Used to own it many years ago, holding for donkey years, never profit from it.
Will not touch it again with a 10 foot pole.

I have resigned my fate that TS is just a savings account returns to me. Cannot even recall when I bought TS.
The only redemption Liem can convince me is either future plans to list their staple of hotels as a trust or reits, give higher divvy, capital reduction or sale of Gultech to return SH.
Else all these actions could just be hot air.
