This is the most tricky part that I keep thinking why. These dividend money is easily enough for him to privatise Pac Cent. I still dont know why le? Is it lower taxes issues. Can any Gao Ren(expert) advise? Thanks.
Yes, he can simply privatise instead of distributing dividend to the shareholders over the years.

The youngest Li is shrewd and pretty generous with the dividends payout. If you have been following this stock you would have noticed that the generous divdends only started to flow when the old man steps down and retired. So my guess is all along he is keen to give (for himself also of course) but with the old man around, his plans are somehow restricted
