In July 2016 the magazine" The Edge" had an article that quotes " OUE is now at 10 years low" . I would say that Tuan Sing is now at 10th year being undervaled. Why I say this? Becasue in 2007, there was an article from Business Times that said Tuan Sing was undervalued. From 2007 to 2017, it is exactly 10 years! Let' s see whether Tuan Sing can break this 10 years curse. There are many good news from Tuan Sing next year, especially the completion of Robinson Tower. Once it is completed, there is a " Development Profit" estimated to be 10% of Building Value to be reflected in the accounts. Not many people is aware of this " Development Profit" .

By the way, I notice Robinson Tower is being constructed day and night, including Sundays, which is good, as early complection can result in earlier cash inflow. Everytime when I notice the building going upwards, I feel really proud of it, including myself.

Thanks. Let's hope they are generous with dividends going forward and have Fair and equitable divestment proceeds from Gul Tech. What Management has been doing well of late is now singularly focusing on property related assets. So no more of the Golf retail, tech and coal trading stuff that resulted in past drags on profitability. At the end of the day is ALL shareholders benefiting fairly from the company's profits.
Robinson Towers is now built up to 17-18th floors - so very good progress. Think it's only 28 to 30 floors total. So more than halfway built up now.

The dividend issue is not they are stingy, but because the Robinson Tower is under construction which requires outlays. I believe when the Robinson Tower is completed, they will be more generous in dividend. Furthermore, the divestment of Gul Technology, hopefully by end of this yeaar, will bring in a lot of cash to sustain the operation needs and dividends. Hope to see you in next AGM

Those who attend the AGM - pls continue to voice out your discontent about the Low dividend - if there is any attempt to privatise at a Low price, I will definitely file a formal complaint to the relevant parties. Vested with a big position.

I disagree - I think it is well over $1. 999/Freehold Robinson Towers was bought yonders ago in the 1970s-1980s? What will the revalued value be now that it will be redeveloped by next year to 250,000sqft of commercial space? $3,000psf?

Frankly am just awaiting the completion of freehold/999 year Robinson Towers next year so people can see how high and valuable and close to Raffles Place and then the stock price can then go boommmzzzz! Haha.

At less than 50% of NTA - it's still ridiculously mispriced by Mr Market in my view.

Robinson Towers now built up to 16 or 17 floors, which should be more than halfway up.  Looks like completion and revneue flowing in from end next year will be a reality.  Hope they give bumper dividends to long suffering minority holders once they get the steady revenue streams from this, or if they do a REIT.

Paranormal activity at TS since yesterday - pretty aggressive buying. Any news? Still well below 50 per cent of NTA though.
