Seatrium has signed 11 Billions contract with Petrobras, any chance for DM to get projects directly or indirectly from these contracts ???
Do you think Estate of Lim and other major share holders will let go of DM without getting a very good price much higher than what Keppel got for the DM shares that it sold to Hanwha ??? I dont think so, as DM is a cash cow and business is really starting to pick up for the up cycle for the next few years at least !!!

Have any one asked why Hanwha bought few percents of DM shares before buying all the Keppel' s DM shares ??? food for thought for the coming weekends !!!

Buying/holding warrant at the price right now in anticipation of the mother share price going up.
So suppose mother share price come Jul 22 is $0.40, then the warrant would have a value of $0.25 ($0.40-$0.15).
Now imagine the price of Dyna Mac in Aug after the release of their 2H2024 result...if by then the price is $0.50, then the value of warrant would be $0.35.
Therefore if you think that the price of mother share is going to go up from here, cost less to buy warrant.

It is a question of supply and demand for warrants. More demands than supplies now, sure the warrant price will go up higher and higher !!! DONT sell your warrants as the demands will be getting higher and higher by the day !!!

What happened to Keppel' s 50 mil warrants?
- Maybe Keppel have already sold in the open market
- Maybe Keppel sold it to Hanwha separately, but did not disclose since those are not shares.
