Very high chance that Hanwha will increase its share holding by buying more warrants and willing to pay 0.28 per warrant in order to get the mothers !!! Once it has crossed 30% of the shares, it has to offer to buy the rest of DM shares !!! HUAT LIAO !!!

Based on my AI calculations for the price that Hanwha bought from Keppel of 250millions DM shares (50 millions of these are warrants that need to be converted to mother shares when due by paying 0.15 per warrant), the price that Hanwha paid for mother is 0.43 and son is 0.28.
There' s very high premium paid for the son by Hanwha. The present son' s price is still at a premium of .28/0.22 = 27% to that paid by Hanwha.
SO, it is still very cheap to buy at 0.22 for warrant if you consider the price that Hanwha paid for the warrant at 0.28 Cents !!! |
