Perhaps it is because of the revenue drop at Isoteam. Ley Choon' s order book (S$342.5 million) is stronger than Isoteam' s (S$181.1 million). For Ley Choon, maintaining its revenue is not as challenging as it is for Isoteam. Hopefully, the panic will not cause a significant drop in Ley Choon.

81 liao. Ning Nao Heah. Should have sold during Huat-Land Price 88. All I can do now is to pray for a 1 billion contract announcing later. Hopefully.
Not sure of the reason behind.......
Singapore construction business should do reasonably well for next few years, I intend to hold as of now.... let' s see.

The reason for not publishing quarterly report might be because to delay bad result so that there is always one quarter buffer to turn things around. I start to think that maybe the company had reach its peak if the next reporting is not that good.

I have to comment that what you just described is absolutely true and going to happen. Because the price now is Ex-div, therefore, in our very efficient market, the price now reflect the ex-div price...to the cents. Having said that, it had stayed around 1 week at Huat-Land 88 for about a week, accumulating the wealth " QI " . It need to combine with the quarterly reporting to break through 10 cent and settled around 15 cents 1 to 2 weeks after Quarterly reporting. Meanwhile, Millions of contract size is brewing... is brewing... Thank you.

The speech from PM on Kranji, Woodlands and Sambawang definitely will give a booster to all the construction companies in Singapore. Let Ley Choon find the new base after dividend, it will continue the uptrend.
