The Spain' s acquisition likely to pull down Ireit performance. The ICR may drop further from 7.2x in Sep 20 and the portfolio occupancy may drop as well. Likely to see 0.60 or below 0.60 after the results announcement on 25 Feb 21. DYODD.
Today dropped 3.5 cents. Anticipated bad performance in 25 Feb announcement. Target to reach to 0.61 soon.
TA looks very bearish, downtrend prevail. Target 0.555 & 0.48 in extension. Caveat & DYODD.

I don' t see the link between CDL (just a large shareholder) and the results of Ireit (assets in Europe, managed in Europe)... kindly explain your statement...
