Delist csc. My 2cts view ..now under watchist -share price less than 20cts .csc have to decide share consolidation or go to catalist Board .

According to CSC Holdings' filing with SGX, 47% of CSC is owned by TH Investments Pte Ltd. I' ve taken an extracted from the SGX website n pasted it below for info. Tat Hong Holdings, the crane coy listed on SGX does not hold CSC Holdings' shares. But both CSC Holdings n Tat Hong Holdings are controlled by the Ng family.
TH INVESTMENTS PTE LTD (&ldquo THIPL&rdquo ) IS A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF TAT HONG INVESTMENTS PTE LTD, WHICH IS A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF CHWEE CHENG & SONS PTE LTD (" CCSPL" ). THIPL OWNS 47.28% INTEREST IN CSC HOLDINGS LTD (" CSC" ).

Incidentally, TH has also been increasing its stakes in its subsidiary listed CSC via a series of warrant purchases lately (and exercising them) so much so that their stakes in CSC has increased from 28% to about 47%.
Maybe they can packaged both companies up for sale as a whole.
