There is market chatter among the doctors that they will push this stock to $1 like Singapore O& G and Q& M.
Technically the stock is consolidating and storing power. Once consolidation done, it should take out 50 cents and head to all time high. The sky is the limit after that.

if its a pure placement to raise cash for the acquisition, then it would presumably be high dilutive given the quantum. well, if they intend to do a rights issue, it will probably make sense because that will ensure that major shareholders retain their % holding in the group (to capture the long term upside from this acquisition).
I thought that placement was done before they bought the medical group, think it needs more cash for the current deal.

Gonna be a rights issue.
However, watch out for a break below 0.44. will go lower from here.
Placement issue price 32c....lock up period six mths....after that free to sell to market...

When is the company going to raise fund to pay for the acquisition? I believe it would be a very dilutive share placement.
Still hovering the new higher 0.44 support (3 times), wouldn' t rule out a further up move above 0.500 for now.
