New high for 2015 $1.445 the engine has started sputtering
AGM at YMCA 1 Orchard Road..opening ceremony of new hotels expected in July this year..stable at $1.40-1.42..likley will cross $1.50 after cum dividends as directors usually buy around this period so share scrips will be at higher price and induce more investors to get scrips in lieu of cash dividends,that' s the norm

It' s time to stay at the YMCA.
AGM 11.30am at one YMCA orcahrd road 30 April
got 5c div and 5c special div so total = 10c?...10000 shares should get $1000 dividends in cash or u can opt for share scrips and they will give u shares base on lower than current market price but by then the share price will push above $1.50 which is the norm
