Curren pricing is based on the performance/financial results - priced in and it will hover around this price range, under 3.00. The only catalyst for the price to move upwards, above 3.00 towards analyst tp is when the company announce the approval of the IPO from the exchange.

Ignore all the noises.
The war will end some day and hopefully by April this year. Hold on tightly to our shares and do not let go. When the war ends HLA will spike up and for those who sell they may not be able to buy it back at a lower price.
