Between Sept 3 and 9, VibroPower Corporation substantial shareholder Chng Beng Hock increased his total interest in the stock from 10.78 per cent to 11.86 per cent.
The 583,900 shares were acquired at an average price of 14.50 cents per share, with a consideration of S$84,938.
Mr Chng has gradually increased his substantial shareholding in VibroPower Corporation from 5.24 per cent on June 15.
CBH keep buying, what does he want or is the plan? Anyway latest result is lost making for 1st half 2020 so why he still keep buying.

Mr Chng has increased his substantial shareholding in VibroPower Corporation from 5.24 per cent on June 15.

Also between Aug 13 and 19, VibroPower Corporation substantial shareholder Chng Beng Hock increased his total interest in the stock from 10.46 per cent to 10.64 per cent. The 95,700 shares were acquired at an average price of 13.35 cents per share, with a consideration of S$12,775.
This followed Mr Chng' s acquisition of 76,700 shares at an average price of 14.14 cents per share between Aug 11 and 12, and 48,200 shares at 14.37 cents per share on Aug 4.
Mr Chng has gradually increased his substantial shareholding in VibroPower from 5.24 per cent on June 15.
This approval news was release in July this year by Shanxi Reform and Development commission..... but no news posted in SGX?
This extension is going to more than double the power generation capacity on the project announced earlier.

This counter have been trading way below NAV and this week price dropped so much. Any bad news coming?
One year after announcing they started producing power there is no follow through on the revenue stream. Anyone know if this a failed project?
They claimed there will be rmaterail impact in FY2016 but till to date nothing happened.
It is 2016 now will the new clean energy business change the date of this stock? Waiting for 1st quarter results.
The news is just a forward statement, not proven yet. Price still continue it' s slide down......

Finally the good news arrived. Not guarantee income stream yet but real power produced. They already said financial impact in 2016, this stock will be in different valuation going forward!!

Share Buy-Back! Price is being sold down so miserably that they have to execute Share Buy- Back.
Will continue to be under pressure in view of share consolidtion. Many are selling out ahead of share consolidation and buy it back after consolidation

Falling share price - counter is manipulated as its a worthless piece of shit.
Share consolidation - bagging the shit together to meet the criteria of 20cents average
Why is it bagged together: Though there are many bullshit reasons like better register management and liquidity and interest from institutional investors, the real reason is to just meet the criteria of 20 cents.
What has happened after share consolidation = you know what happens when a bagged shit hits the fan.....
