Should the shares consolidation happens, those who are holding on to the existing stock will be affected since the price movement in terms of pecentage will be smaller as well. As of now, it is considered as 100% increase should the price move from $0.001 to $0.002. This also implied that those who are holding on to the shares at a loss now, will have a hard time to recoup it losses.
Henceforth, there should be a carveat for shares consolidation to happen, i.e. if the current share price hit the target price then share consolidation can happen. If this is not in place, I thought it will be fair to the retail investors. Anyway, nothing in this world is fair!!!!

Wht kind of US co would want to buy their apps at 700mil by shares n bonds when the messaging apps not even launching and the previous owner (mr chan?) of it can sold it to SeD below 100k. Anyone can advise how is this thing playing?
Is this going to be a sign that the stock price might be charging north soon?

Co plan to issue $300m with 8% interest and 30%profit sharing........wow....co need to pay $24m interest per year...co really wan to go big....but can they make it?? U decide.....

Maybe u are lucky that never subscribe...now buyers at $0.001...even before the right share.listed next month......luckily.the co still manage to get $44m from.investors.....still can survive for a.while...lol

Edwin..I think we cross at Rowsley forum..rowsley initial warranta can make $$$ but now can' t so I ask can rights make $$$..anyone plkse feel free to explain I want to really understand rights issues whether shareholders really benefit or always better not to take up the rights and suffer dilution instead
