If you owe bank a little of money, the bank owns you. Ezra owes banks huge debts, so Ezra now owns the banks. LL now can replaces the position of CEO of DBS, UOB, OCBC. He is now lao da.
If you employ a small number of employees and you close shop, cheng hu doesn' t care. But Ezra employs thousands of employees. If Ezra closes down, cheng hu gets problem to get jobs for the retrenced, or else next GE cheng hu will be awol.

No bank is going to give money to Emas to run day to day affairs? They will choke to death even if KS Lee says business as usual?????
Now emas n triyards are just like vallainz when swiber filed for JM. All wanna distance themselves from the bankrupt entity.

Suspect Triyard maybe gonna as well! It' s a whole web of I guarantee your debt and you guarantee mine to maximise borrowing facilities! No good.

Questions should be asked even about this action, face the music in Singapore. Did they only set up the subsidiary in NY in Feb 2017 for Chapter 11 or did EZRA already have a presence there?

Ezra have gone to the extent of pledging all their Triyards shares to the bank. Now Banks will decide the fate of Triyards. I will be surprised if that survives as there could be skelitons coming out of Triyards as to what Emas/Ezra have done to Triyards which till now could be easily hid by Ezra clony running Triyards!
