Movement... Going up soon
Looking forward to interim dividend soon. Closed at new 52-week high with higher than normal volume. Good signs. In for long haul. Hopefully see 70 cents within 2 years while receiving good dividends in the interim.

px stamp: up 4 cts to 49 cents
too fast, don' t think sustainable
Well done KH
Up up and away
I just bought some stocks of KH given it very attractive valuations. I also bought some stocks of Sing Hldg for the same reason. Stocks of developers are rather beaten down to basement levels due to the unpopularity of the sector and that for me is the best reason to invest in. I' m prepare to wait for a year or three so there' s plenty of time for the sector recover.   Also eyeing OKP as I love it for its superb performance but am waiting for the price to soften a little. Can' t believe KH' s PE is 3x. Amazingly cheap
good move.  there' s something to be said about buying and holding a counter you have confidence in.  this one is about 10% of my portfolio and will remain for time being.

Vested at 43.5 cents. As usual, for long term. I am the type who like to buy and put under pillow. I have been reviewing my past investment experience and realise I am doing way much better using FA and buy for long term. Be patient and the market will catch up with the FA eventually. Waiting for dividend to come from my other stocks before adding this one.
Keong Hong Holdings Ltd Is Trading Near A 52-Week Low: Is It A Good Quality Business?

net debt to equity at 46% is a tad high but if the coy takes on debt to diversify its revenue source and also to seek recurring income, i can live with that

How about the 43% debt to equity? Any concern?

I like this for its low PE, high sustainable yield (> 8%), positive cash flow and fat order book of 350M.  Construction sector which is its main driver should be getting a boost from accelerated gov' t spending on public projects locally.  near its 52-week low and ready for take-off.
