Creative Technology Ltd (&ldquo Creative&rdquo ) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary ZiiLabs Inc., Ltd (&ldquo ZiiLabs&rdquo ) filed a Complaint with the United States International Trade Commission (&ldquo ITC Complaint&rdquo ), seeking injunctions against Nvidia, Nintendo, Asus, Micro-Star International, Gigabyte, PNY Technologies, EVGA and Zotac. A parallel patent infringement lawsuit (&ldquo the Lawsuit&rdquo ) has also been filed against Nvidia in the US, wherein ZiiLabs is seeking damages and injunctions.
The ZiiLabs patent portfolio contains patents in the graphics, processor and 3D spaces. Four of these patents (US 6,181,355, US6,900,800, US 8,144,156 and US 8,643,659) have been asserted in the ITC Complaint and the Lawsuit.
In October 2017, Creative had announced that ZiiLabs filed an earlier patent infringement lawsuit in the US against Nvidia in respect of four different patents in the ZiiLabs patent portfolio.
Creative had previously announced that Intel, Apple and Samsung had each taken a non-exclusive license to ZiiLabs&rsquo patent portfolio. On 8 July 2017, Creative had also made an announcement regarding the settlement of certain other US patent lawsuits involving patents in the ZiiLabs patent portfolio.

Meanwhile, just promote derivatives, this way can do no wrong. Stocks are hanky panky, unlike derivatives, which are " sexy" and " global" , and everyone should just buy reits. Make SGX look like a bank!

Regulators think that when prices go up, someone must be playing punk. Stock prices are supposed to be depressed, dead. No one is supposed to want to buy a stock. ie, no stock should be listed in Singapore. Who wants to list their stocks here? Anyone?
