The board of directors (the ?Board?) of Global Resource Construction Ltd. (the ?Company?)
is pleased to announce that the Company?s subsidiary, GRC Buxton Pty Ltd, has been
awarded a building works contract valued at approximately AUD67.0 million (the ?Contract?)
by Bazem Pty Ltd.
The Contract relates to the design and construction of 115 apartments comprising a six (6)-
level tower and a five (5)-level tower above a two (2)-level basement, together with an
extensive landscaped common podium. The project is located in Forest Hill, Victoria, Australia.
The construction period is 20 months and is targeted to commence in the second quarter of
2026.
The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the net tangible assets and earnings per
share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
