One of the reason..if max add..the estate doesn't want to invest more money then neccessary..just like you n me all of us has a limit of $$$ to invest..
Who knows..maybe you can work out a way to take over

Estate has no choice but to sell mothers in the open market due to the GO rules, as it had explained for its actions in selling the mother and to convert the warrants.
May be it is the timing issue, it can still work with other parties to fence off HW' s hostile TO !!! Just offer 750 or higher and I will support Estate and concert parties !!! LOL

If DM.. CURRENT SSH..want to retain the coy..they should throw in a special dividend n or bonus shares..a poison shrimp ...to twart the takeover or force the TO FOR A HIGHER PREMIUM.

23 Oct is getting nearer for the IFA report, once out, the SP may jump to the sky if the fair value should be 1000 and above !!!

Yes, Management could provide an update to 3Q business - just like what they used to do before switching to half year reporting.
Also, the IFA report should take into consideration of up-to-date business performance in their valuation of the company.

DM can comfortably paying more than 2 Cents dividends if it is not keeping so much cash of above 300 millions ++ !!! With all the warrants converted to mother shares, it will have another 30 millions !!! DM is really a cash generating machine !!! LOL
