Another S$200+ m coming in pending full payment of disposal of little india hotel. Upon $140 mil repayment, will become debt free with $100m addition cash on hand.

FYE 31/12/2014..dividends will be in april-may AGM maybe by march 2015..Last time I attend the EGM on sale of Hotel Chancellor at Little India,Mano the analyst calimed the CEO told him may sell one and keep one of the 2 hotels in front of Istana

Yeah. Wonder why no special div? Also wonder why build 2 hotels and sell one?
Holding well still at $1.305..hope goodies will be coming soon from capital gains from sale of 2 hotels,.and after completion of another 2 hotels in from of Istana,Orcahrd, a revalutaion of assets and possible sale of one of these newly completed hotel may uplift share price



still solid ,,with so much capital gains from sale of 2 hotels..expect bumper dividends to support the share price

They selling another hotel in new zealand...more capital gains. ..at EGM possible hints may sell one of the 2 hotel s in front of Istana completed by dec 2014
Lucky to have taken some profits on Hotel Grand ..and switch to Innovalue..will buy Valuetronics for hold till next year..4% yield,zero debts

Bought at 29cts proceeds from Hotel Grand..now sitting on good profits from Innovalues(120lots at 29ctsand > =) will buy back if hotel grand goes below $1.30
