There is a tug-of-war in the stock price of Wee Hur , with one pulling and one releasing in storage.
Wee Hur will be benefits from the healthy occupancy rates of the build-for-purpose worker accommodation (PBWA) and build-for-purpose student accommodation (PBSA) asset portfolios, as well as the positive impact of rent increases.
How the counter will run will depend on whether the projects will make good profits or not. Only will be realised after projects are underway.

Wee Hur Holdings&rsquo construction subsidiary has been awarded two new projects worth a combined contract value of about $440 million from the Housing & Development Board (HBD).
The two projects are building and contingency works for Project ER and Project FD, with a value of $203 million and $236.4 million respectively Wee Hur Construction, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wee Hur Holdings, will be carrying out the works.
Wee Hur says that the projects are not expected to have any material impact on the group&rsquo s consolidated net tangible assets per share or consolidated earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025.

Add on the original contract of 263.3mil. now the total contract is 702 mil.
Adjusted sell price by director after lessing out for special dividend of $0.078 would be $0.545 - $0.078 = $0.467
Current price= $0.42
He can buy back now at $0.42 and pocket another $0.047

Such two large projects will take two to three years to complete, so we won&rsquo t see profits this year. On the contrary, the previous large projects will be completed this year or next year and we will see profits.

But they said those projects won't have impact their earning result FY 2025 why har ?
