Yield/rate drop is generally good for REITs due to reduced cost of borrowing.   But yields have been dropping due to recession fear, which is over-riding the positive effects of dropping yields.

Government flatted factories?
Private industrial parks?

really sometime a lost may not be a bad things as other used may get better return.
like a storage and distributions (like yiwu) center iwth american arts. worse case as a storage center.
electricity need not be from grid only.
hydrogen fuel cell can be a possible solutions.  go explore with fuel cell company like ballard.  |

For this reit, the income has been okay.
Mapletree is still a stable brand name.
Just don't go into US reits.

With the global countries especially US being moving towards Protectionism, treating cyber space as National Security topic, it is obvious that Data Centres will become a strategic assets. The data managed in US must be operated with local servers.
I see the high proportion of data centres in US being a plus point.
Just my thoughts, DYODD
