Hope I can buy back at 3.35 or lower
This is a very powerful statement from Capitaland' s Investors presentation:
" In an investor presentation, Capitaland pointed out that a basket of REIMs - including Australia' s Charter Hall Group, Goodman Group and Lendlease Group, as well as Hong Kong-listed ESR Cayman - trade at an average of 2.9 times NAV.

Perhaps CLI' s board and management may think that CLI should trade at an even loftier premium to its end-2020 proforma NAV.

By modelling itself as a REIM, CLI with S$119 billion of real estate assets under management as at June 30, 2021, appears to be succeeding in convincing investors that it deserves to fetch a premium to book value. "
The first law in following where the money is, is to follow the lead of the insiders.

CapitaLand Investment chairman Ko buys another $1.8 million worth of shares
Miguel Ko, chairman of CapitaLand Investment, has snapped up another $1.8 million worth of shares, bringing his total investment to around $3.8 million.
Ko bought 600,000 shares on Sept 23, paying $3.4279 per share.
On Sept 20 &ndash the trading debut of CLI, Ko paid $2.9349 each for 700,000 shares, amounting to just over $2 million.
CLI shares started trading by way of introduction on Sept 20, following the restructuring of CapitaLand into two parts: a privately-held development business, and CLI, the publicly listed real estate management platform.
Prior to this, Ko, a non-executive, non-independent director, held just 3,679 shares. He was appointed to the board on June 2.
Time to push up again!!
Thank you for your kind explanation :)
Now seller start to take profit at 3.47-3.50
Smashed $3.50 this morning. Profit taking from contra players before play resumes.

Matching price. What the buyer wants to pay, and what the seller willing to sell.

Hi can i check what does auction at 3.465 mean?

That' s the way to go, bro.
This is what I would call good foresight and serious, confident, well thought investing.
Not like some road side koyok sellers who keep shouting up the stock, only to chicken out at the slight sign of the price weakening.
At the rate this gem is shining, you' ll get back to your original purchase price easily.
best of luck.
