it will NOT be a four dollar stock. It will more than that. It will eventually be at least a five dollar stock......Two reasons

One, it will no more be an industry stock, subject to the state of the economy, land bank stockpile situation,  cooling measure etc. It will be more in the service management business, where the there will recurring income, guaranteed fees ,  assured income, future growth income, This lodging business it is in, will be a surprise part of a  whole new game,.

Two, strange or unorthodox   as it may seem, it will fill the void of the retreating CDL, who is no longer the  darling of the property stocks. Those who fled CDL, but who have a liking or FA lor for property stocks will want a  new vehicle to ride on.
