can' t understand where u get  $0.025 cash + $0.025 cash or script div ?

current div $0.025 is from 11 Sep to 31 Dec.

previous payout div $0.054 is from 1 Jan to 10 Sep (before acq of new properties).

looking forward for next half year to pay similar to current, the full year payout to be around $0.0816.

if based on $0.96, it should be about 8.5% full year yield.

Dividend just announced. $0.025 cash + $0.025 cash or script div, 17 February xd. Even at current share price of 0.96, it is giving out a staggering 5.2% half year dividend! Further analysis also show the management is smart by hedging against forex in view of declining JPY due to fiscal policy. It also hedge against interest rate risk as it is heavily gear.

Definitely a keeper even if the market collapsed. If base on current dpi, it' s 10% pa. Quite surprise it is still at 0.96 tbh. Any bro care to share his or her views.

Their management style is same as Lippo Mall. Just placement of big bloc of shares. For minority shareholders, dilution affect their sharevalue and their DPU. Instead they should issue rights or scrip shares to benefit the existing shareholders first. There is also the recession and the weakening of Yen. Wait for 1-2Q for another financial review any impact or a dip of another 5-10% for some safety margin. That' s just my opinion.

Croesus Retail Trust increases hedging to cover close to 100%
of distributable income to insulate from the exposure to a
weakening Japanese Yen
- The latest hedging strategy is effective until 31 December 2015
- Protects CRT and its investors from fluctuations in Singapore dollars against
Japanese Yen
- Expects positive rental reversions and financial contribution from One&rsquo s Mall, which
was recently acquired

Wow, the mangement is actually doing something good, compared to other companies/trusts  smiley

Croesus Retail Trust (CRT SP, BUY, TP: SGD1.15)
Positive DPU Surprises Ahead
Results Review
Croesus Retail Trust kept its 1Q15 DPU at SGD2.08 cents although income available for distribution rose 8.6% to JPY791m,
mainly due to higher finance costs incurred on its medium term notes (MTN) and the inclusion of last year&rsquo s prepaid property tax.
Maintain BUY at a SGD1.15 TP (21% upside). Its results were generally in line with our estimates. Going forward, we expect
potential uplifts in DPU from its latest acquisition of One&rsquo s Mall and positive revisions from Mallage Shobu.
