hopefully start its northward march from next week hor! no more sleeping...returns more than 10 percent ..better than oxley in terms of price ...

 

did the ceo mention the dividend will be soon but just no date given? maybe next year or what? to coincide with chinese new year?

But CEO never mention when the date will be announced.   During the AGM, the CEO Eric Low, looks confident and seems to be confident of the HDB project for the next 2-3 years. So I think the profit shd be good for the next 2-3 years.. UOB Kayhian target price of 33 cents for hafary may not be reached within the next few mths, but maybe achievable within 1-2 years. Short term the next target price should be 27 cents..

If will still drop. We hope it will go to 27cts. Last time i remember before the market opens the bid/ask play up to 28cts then suddenly went back to 25. 11% dividend is quite good enough. Havent announced yet. Maybe next year? Lol
