If you paid for 49cts for the rights, these additional shares ranked the same as your existing shares. If you are holding 10k now, you will have 14,540 shares after paying up 49 cents for all your right entitlements. You want to subscribe addtional of say, 60, 160, 260 to avoid ending up with a 40 shares.

Yes u can sell the rights in the open market.
As mention the right will be trading about 10-14c range.
If u wan to exercise the rights u need to go ATM and pay 49c per share.

Thanks for the advice.
I dont really mind dilution as I dont care about voting power.
Just buying the shares for dividends.
So I can still sell the rights even i choose not to subscribe it.

1) if u got 10,000 share, they will give u the rights to buy at 0.49.
For every 1000, right share given to u is 455
So u need to go ATM to exercise it. Cough out money some money to exercise it.
2) if u choose not to participate. U face a lot of dilution.
U can sell the rights to buy at the open market.
Should be abt range 10c to 14c this range.

Would like to know more about this rights issue:
1. If I subscribe for it, the rights will be trade in a separate listing on sgx or it will be convert into normal shares in later date. Would like to know if it can help to average down my share price
2. If I choose not to subscribe, what will happen? Bought the shares at 0.7 cents yet price now is 0.645cents after issuing of rights. So I lost close to 8%?

So far my success rate on excess is about 40%. .i.e. if I' m entitled to 10,000 rights and i subscribe for 10,000 more, I' ll get around 4,000. So yes, can subscribe any amount you can afford.. but most probably not successful.
Heard they got a cap limit.
Else everyone just buy 100 share and apply excess.

Likewise, others will take this opportunity to take up the rights at lower price if they are on the same page as you are. Of course, they are a small numbers of shareholders somehow didn' t manage to subsribe the rights for distributions to others who ask for more.

possible, but it is unlikely they will give you all the excess rights you subscribed. Priority is given for rounding of odd lots

To demonstrate its support for IREIT and the Rights Issue, each of Tikehau Capital SCA (&ldquo Tikehau Capital&rdquo ), City Strategic Equity Pte. Ltd. (&ldquo CSEPL&rdquo ) and AT Investments Limited (&ldquo AT Investments&rdquo ) has respectively provided the Undertakings (as defined herein) to the Manager to subscribe for an aggregate of 291,405,597 Rights Units, which is the total number of Rights Units available under the Rights Issue. Details of the Undertakings are set out in paragraph 2.3 of this Announcement.
The provision of the Undertakings from Tikehau Capital, CSEPL and AT Investments will result in the subscription of all unsubscribed Rights Units remaining after the fulfilment of valid excess Rights Units applications by other Unitholders for the same under the terms of the Rights Issue, and accordingly, the Rights Issue will not be underwritten by a financial institution. No commission or fee will be paid to Tikehau Capital, CSEPL and AT Investments in consideration of the Undertakings.
The joint lead managers for the Rights Issue are Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited and DBS Bank Ltd. (the &ldquo Joint Lead Managers&rdquo ). For the avoidance of doubt, the Rights Issue is not underwritten by the Joint Lead Managers.

Wouldn' t existing holders benefit fm this Rights as our holding cost per share would become much lower?

I was fretting over the odd number of shares I would be stuck with after ex-Rights.
So, I shall also apply excess rights to round off my shares to multiples of 1000.

Alamak, so many Clown Stocks in SGX Circus declaring Rights during this corona pandemic.
Yes, I will be participating. Probably going to apply for excess rights as well. Their last rights issue was also at a huge discount at 0.468 in 2015. So technically, you are already in profit the moment you get your rights share, given the theoretical ex-rights price of S$0.655 per Unit. Their Spain portfolio has room for further DPU increase if they increase their occupancy and raise their rental rate when tenents renew their lease.
However, it remains to be seen if they are able to raise their rental given this pendemic period. Increasing their occupancy is more likely in my opinion given Brexit as company shift out of Britian, they may want to relocate to Spain.
