Oceanus major business model restructure

My past forecast was all accurate.

I warned to sell before March major sell-off.

I predicted price will not go up after half year result release.

Now I predict the price will fall below 0.03. You will see that.

If you guys have noticed, whenever the stock exhibits some small negative price movement, the naysayers will immediately bring in their own unverified analysis to amplify the negativity, perhaps to push their personal agenda. When the share price recovers shortly, they either hide away or tone down on their comments. When they fail to convince others with their analysis, they will try to  confuse them. They are splitting hair. What they are doing is to identity one weak tree and ask the whole forest to be destoyed.  The more we write, the more they come up with illogical rebuttals and confused the retail invesotrs.  2) The returns vs risks are immense.  3) Now they even brought up S chips. I strongly urged the author to direct  this question of S chip    to the SGXregco. . Whatever should not go wwrong wrong, went wrong.  4) For retail investors  who bought shares a loong time ago. Your unrealised loss is substantial. Dont be moved by all these authors.  To be rude, I will rubssih all their commenets. Dont sell, this is the opportunity for you to recover a a big portion of your loss vis-a-vis  the amount you will get if you sell. Just treat it as if  had good hearty abalone dinner. It was reported on 5th September that the Co make an investment in BAPL - convertible loan agreement.

In its 3rd quarter 2019 financial results announced on 13 Nov 2019:  it shows 1.5 million RMB investment in subsidiary in the balance sheet

Also reflected in its cash flow  - 1.5million RMB in acquisition of subsidary.  At today exchange rate:  it is about SGD 313,000

Not sure is this relate to BAPL - because the announcement on convertible loan agreement made no mention of amount or the conversion to share subsequently.

The 31 Dec 2018 financial statement - the investment in subsidiary does not appear in the balance sheet.

On its Cash flow, it shows a positive cashflow from acquisition of subisidary of 2.4 million RMB. (Disposal?)


The Co also made investment in Alps -owner of brand Cloversoft in Dec 2018.

The notes to the accounts :

" The Group has also completed the acquisition of Alps Group, which is principally engaged in the production and distribution of environmentally-friendly disposables in Singapore under the locally established brand name &ldquo Cloversoft&rdquo , in December 2018, to widen its revenue stream. This will allow the Group to further expand its capabilities in the FMCG distribution network and sustainable products sector In line with the Group&rsquo s intention to diversify and expand its footprint in the aquaculture industry,

Oceanus had also made an investment into Barramundi Asia Pte Ltd, one of the world&rsquo s largest Barramundi farming companies."

Quite difficult to obtain clarity on the BAPL investment - as the disclosuere did not indicate the amount of convertible loan, and whether it had been converted to shares or repaid etc.

DYODD - Not advocating to buy or sell.  Share price will go up or down.


Again another item to wrtie to the Co' s IR.
