Usually moving in opposite direction. Friday down when other reits move up.
Usually trade in small lots ( less than 1000 shares) according to the transaction history

Today highest at 94.5 cents. This counter usually moves when other counter is not moving or moving down.
Low gearing. very unlikely to be affected by world economy because India is a big market internally.
Hopefully can cross $1 again.

i think this is very good results. considering that the DPU payout is 95% this fiscal year and that the exchange rate is weaker, in absolute rupee terms, RHT actually performed better.
For period 1 Apr to 30 Sep, after divestment and payout of special dividend, RHT announced a 3.6 cents dividend. Ex Date 15 Nov, Pay date 9 Dec. Nice yield.
