Rowsley-Manchester Hotel & buildings acquisition

My view is this should only be pumped up after the Brexit Referendum is known becoz of the MTP review at Sept and the warrant expiry at Oct. The other reason is that the UK projects is contributing positively plus the Iskandar project in partnership with Thomson Medical is becoming clearer and can move forward too. The different of just 4+c in the share price should be easy for Rowsley to close the gap so that it's attractive for those warrant holders to do the conversion at 18c.....my thot is that there is a good chance to clear above the MTP level soon due to the above reasons. This may be the start for Rowsley to trade higher. My 2 cents.....DYDD.

You yourself already said this below so if the news about the latest acquisition is good news then of all people, Albert Hong should be buying instead of selling. Made sense? Likely another over priced acquisition...now still early maybe, let's see what Mr Market has to say at the end of the day about this.
