The domino affected companies are as follow:
Of the 14 companies on the list, 12 have short-term debt of over S$100m ($73.5m), 10 have negative/low cash flow, and nearly all are highly geared.
The 12 companies highlighted as having high short-term debt levels are ASL Marine, Ausgroup, Ezra Holdings, Ezion Holdings, KS Energy, Mencast, Marco Polo, Nam Cheong, Pacific Radiance, Vallianz and Vard Holdings.

We wont really know what is their sneaky plan. Was the resignations already staged? Why did Raymond Goh want them back then? West Africa was brainchild of those resigned I think. Someone should really investigate West Africa project and AMTC fund. Are they tools to fools shareholders?

Yes. I dont believe the 700 millions West Africa project was ever do-able. Who is their client?. And AMTC who is said to want to lend 200 millionas is probably fake. If other O& G players are transparent, they will probably be fine. Unlike Swiber.

How to repay back to bank? I work in o&g and is their competitor. They bid very aggressively to win projects and from their bid price, we in this industry alresdy know this is the end of them sooner or later. Swiber use to be a highly promoted stock among the research house..
Until the owner commit a "corporate harakiri" as some called it..
Worse it will get short all the way to 0

These excludes loans and bonds? I guess these are from vendors and subcontractors only. I wonder who is going to lend them operating cash. The backlog from Indian projects will only be realized from end of this year. With a few million in cash how to operate. Who will buy their assets with this low oil price.
