What is the purpose of the many many 0.1 trades done by the BB?

Trades done are shares going from 1 pocket to the other pocket? Hmm...

Entire issued shares = 120 mil
Shares held by old and new bosses = 101 mil
There are only 19 mil shares in public hands.

Very very easy for BB to pump such a stock sky high.

To compare, some penny stocks have 2000 mil to 5000 mil issued shares!

 

It' s so obvious, look at the market depth and the sell orders. Someone' s flooding the order book with small sell volumes to drive price down for more accumulation. So many trades done at 78 at small small volume of 100 only.

This new group of bosses intentionally split 51 million shares to at least 9 people so as to keep them out of SGX radar (because below 5% holding each, they are not considered as substantial shareholders and no need to declare buy and sell).

By doing that, it is very likely that this group of new bosses is planning a big pump with their upcoming news of new business.

 

Disposing it for someone else to fry it up

Married deal = 71 million shares.

One buyer bought 20 mil shares according to announcement (more than 5% of entire issued shares which is only 120 mil).

No announcement of the rest who bought the balance 51 million shares. It means that each of them bought less than 5% of entire issues shares so they need not declare. Need at least 9 individuals to split the 51 million so that each of them has less than 5% under their name.

What does the above look like to you?
