DM should annouce the 3Q results !!! For investors to decide whether the SP should be much higher than just 670 !!!

HW will try to settle everything ASAP before end of the year, if DM results are damn good which I think it will based on track records, the share price should be much higher than the offer price of 670 !!!

Been ding dong at around 65 to 665 for some times already and yesterday closed at 67.

If one's average cost is below 0.67 it makes sense to hold at least till IFA recommendation and CCCS ruling are out before making any further move. Those with bullets to spare can still consider to load at 0.660 ( if they can catch ). Wait and hold for me now. Dyodd

DM should have known the 3Q results and should know how much profit it made and how much cash that it has now. With Fed interest rate and T-Bill rate coming down. WIth high net profit margin of 15% and above, DM can justify for even higher share price and also offer price !!!
If this scenario turns up...I am sure they will..as they get their shares below offer price...

In the event that Estate, MS and substantial of the retailers are not selling to HW, and HW already got 45% (e.g. only), will HW counter offer to get the 5% in order to fulfill its dream to get the management control ??? I think it will even without competing offer from anyone !!!

Gem DM is an irresistible asset to anyone who tried to get it !!! So HW will try all they can to do so, which they have already shown by buying from the open market !!! Dont sell cheap2 below 670 even if you really need to sell due to whatever reasons !!!

HW is desperate to buy and now have to buy from open market to make up from the very low acceptance rate so far. See who is faster to grab from the open market from retailers !!!
The more HW is invested in this company, the more they need to get the deal through.
It's good sign that HW buying..let's see how much they have been buying before closing date...
Any way few takers for their offer....look like HW has to make another offer..dyodd...

Based on announcement on Dyna Mac website, HW has acquired 33.566 million shares today via open market purchase, bulk of it at $0,665.
This together with HW' s original holding means they have a total of 316.426 million or about 26.08%
Still a long way to go to reach 50%.
Looks like nobody has accepted the offer of $0.67 yet.
So what does this mean?
HW continue to buy shares from open market at close to the offer price of $0.67?
Or someone else has been busy accumulating too?

The most important question..should be who is buying huge qty..if it is hanW.ha..understandsble. if it some one else...this is beore I teresting...so far besides the Estate declaring their warrants conversion..no other major shareholders have declared ..othe then MS..

As of today, 17 Oct, there is still a total of 39.5 million warrant not converted yet.
Based on SGX announcement, Lim' s Estate would have converted most of their warrant.
