On Friday, Kepland trend sideways and closed at $2.87 with LOW volume of 1.66 million shares traded.
During the past 10 bars, there have been 4 white candles and 4 black candles. During the past 50 bars, there have been 17 white candles and 24 black candles for a net of 7 black candles.
Both RSI & MACD are flat as RSI trend sideways.
Important Resistance of Kepland: $3.10
Immediate Support of Kepland: $2.79

Dear all KepLand Investors,
Kim Eng posted strong buy for KepLand at S$3.65, which is 35% discount to RNAV. KepLand has healthy Cash Hoard of S$1.6Billion.
Looking closer :
1. P/E ratio is 2.96, which is way less than 10, very good rate.
2. Debt to Equity Ratio : 0.10, only 10%, which is way below 150%
3. Price / Net Asset : Now, price is S$2.87 less cash (S$1.07 = S$1.6billion/1.49 billion shares) = = S$1.79
Net Asset(less cash) = S$ 3.64 - S$ 1.07 = S$ 2.57
Price / Net Asset = 1.79/2.57 = 0.69, it means that the share price is at 31% discount to the Net Asset
Excellent buy, with Strong Margin of Safety of 31%.
not bad deal for a few days of trading.

Nearly wanted to sell too but now blue chips are improving, so I hold on a while. 
tat day didnt plan to sell one, plan to hold until 29++.. but it suddenly jumped too fast.. too fake
so i took profit :)

After my half day meeting take a look and @#$%, i had miss it :(
Lucky still got some rebound, if not if any shiit happen again, i will be in red.
Nowadays better hoot and run fast. If not kanna rape also don't know who poke one :)

I sold at a break even px, with the dividend offset.
Today 2.87! I was right to cut, now cheaper.
Can get even cheaper later :)
