The market doesn' t lie, only clowns lie, when they don' t know anything.
Why you think the stock was up $0.20 yesterday , and now strongly up another $0.08 now? It should be higher, but the market is cautiously optimistic. When the first financial results is out and the nav revised upwards, that' s where it will find its real feet. But look at real estates management, especially managing great companies, do you expect bad results?
Another thing, REITS traditionally distribute 90% of its income, real estate management traditionally distribute 50 to 60% of its profits, so look forward to getting better dividends than old Capitaland. And bloody hell, we may even get twice dividends each year instead of the stingy once a year from old Capitaland. Let' s wait for first financial results to get a better view. And see what OFFICIALLY the company says.

At average 1.5 x nav real estate management stocks, the stock should be trading at pre delisting price, but is still lagging because market is awaiting the first financial results. If the first financial results is more than positive and especially the nav is revised upwards, the price will strengthen even further. Right now investors are having the " feel good" effect from all the analysts' optimism.
So, ladies and gentlemen, do not listen to clowns especially the self proclaimed god of clowns.

The actual current nav is $2.9340. And will be revised when the company declared its first financial,results early November.

CLI closed at $3.16 on 2nd day of trading, +7.12% or +21 cents.. about 42.8 million shares changing hands, 17.3 million shares more than yesterday debut trading.

Where is the god of clowns who told people to dump CICT and buy CLIM?
Then first day CLIM went down, and CICT went up, he got cold feet and seven early eight early yesterday he declared he will sell his CLIM because DOW had dropped a lot and predicted DOW will keep weakening.
Now BOTH CICT and CLIM shooting up like a rocket. And this clown no where to be seen.

CLI closed at $2.95 on first day of trading, 4.5% or 12.7 cents above its valuation of $2.823.. about 25.5 million shares changing hands.
Not bad, I think.. considering STI -0.96%, the regional markets (HSI -3.30%, ASX -2.10%) mostly down, European markets and U.S. DOW Futures currently down more than 1%.
