Bros,... is the worst case scenario here really just the REIT eliminating the QM from its portfolio of assets ? If the sponsor encounters further problems, will this drag the REIT down with it ??
A good example would be the Lippo Karawaci Group (LK) and First REIT. We have seen what LK has done to First REIT. |

If you do more research , you'll realise that Long Beach City will not default the sponsor.

Unless they resolve the Queen it will stay downcast - like APPT and the fear of the Taiwan cable concession.
