Has rebounded...now better than at the morning. Still if vested then be very nimble to gain from it.
Really S-cheat. Down 50% in just minutes after lifting of halt.
Am not vested but sad those those vested holders. Is our Singapore exchange so rotted to have so many counters got questionable businesses to list here to cheat all the genuine investors and retail investors?

I catch some at 0.021 for Pac Andes. Just some investigation news, i don' t believe it can cut 50% off shelf price. Will rebound back abit i suppose,So catch some fish first! Play small small. Risky play. =P

Pacific Andes Resources Development and its subsidiary, China Fishery Group, are being investigated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and white collar crime busters Commercial Affairs Department for an offence under the Securities and Futures Act.
In an announcement late on Thursday night, the group said it received the notice on Aug 18 requiring the firm to provide to both government agencies information and documents relating to its dealings with certain third parties - one of whom is its trading party - from Oct 1, 2011 till now.
Both agencies have also requested for information from Hong Kong-listed Pacific Andes International Holdings.
" The business and operations of the group are not affected by the investigations and will continue as normal," it said. " The company has extended and will continue to extend its full co-operation to the investigations and make such further announcements as required."

Some even were recently pumped and then dumped, so these ones will be at greater risk as the BB have managed to suck out all their blood.

U think if Noble, or even Olam for that matter, no governance issues people can dig out things to punish their shares meh? All those people who never use their brains (actually they don' t even need to bother to do so) but sit it the office to sh*t out the governance stories ought to be sacked. Why? bcos the are not doing any value added stuff to actually improve the governance n transparency here.

If halt changed to suspend then it is serious becoz that maybe last forever thingy.
