Some of the trading platform can buy like this.
Example:morning I buy 10000share at price 0.010, I can buy 100 share at 0.011 or 100 share at 0.009.
End of the day, my total buy is 10200 share.price will average but brokerage fee same.
Buyer maybe but think seller is a retailer.

Out of curiousity, 100 shares were bought at 1.1 cents = $11. The seller?s sale enough to cover the fees?
U can try to queue at 0.9 cents. Not sure if there are any sellers. Right now only seller are at 1.1 cents.
