Keppel Capital Holdings&rsquo Alpha Asia Macro Trends Fund IV (AAMTF IV) has achieved its first closing of US$295 million ($400.4 million) including co-investment on Oct 21.
  The fund, which was launched through Keppel Capital&rsquo s private fund management arm, Alpha Investment Partners Limited, has a target fund size of US$1 billion
The fund is expected to have assets under management (AUM) of up to US$2.5 billion when fully leveraged and invested.
  Launched in 2007, AAMTF IV is the fourth value-add pan-Asian fund in Alpha&rsquo s flagship Alpha Asia Macro Trends series. The fund seeks to invest in multi-asset classes across key gateway cities in the Asia Pacific region including Singapore, Beijing, Tokyo, Seoul and Melbourne.
  The target asset classes comprise offices, business parks, logistic facilities, retail and accommodation assets.

Sad I sold keppel dc earlier on, but hopefully the posivity flows to the parent company.
Keppel Corp has an interest in 20.93 per cent (about 341.8 million units) of Keppel DC REIT, all of which sitting on HUGE GAINS.

The manager of Keppel DC REIT has declared a distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.357 cents for 3QFY2020 ended Sept 30, 22.1% higher than the DPU of 1.930 cents reported in 3QFY2019.
The REIT ' s distributable income for the quarter grew 47.6% to $40.5 million from $27.4 million in the year before.

singtel unit in indonesia sold their tower at app 157k per unit with 10 year lease back.
wonder how many towers m1 has that can be monetised.
if 3 telco combine they can formed  a new tower company to hold all the combine tower asset.
china experience shows that they can then share tower for installations hence saving cost of building new tower.
