Left with 43+mil.
This is their 2nd 10mil disposal if I am not wrong.

Maybe sell 10 million shares to pay for coming HUGE ESR reit preferential right issuance, which he is entitled to.

I guess it depends on which sector the biz is focused on.
Please do not forget the US internal travel industry is mega. They (mostly) depend very little on foreign tourist arrivals. Take a study at their airlines. Their service sucks but still generate huge revenue.
With Eagle H, I guess they may be more dependant on tourist than say ARA USH. |

Following the slowdown of the overall economy, the travel industry is also showing some signs of slowing. Both hotel occupancy and Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) reported declines in June and a recently updated forecast revised RevPAR to slow even further in 2020 and occupancy to be basically flat.

Suggest best not to talk up Queen Mary too much - it is potentially the biggest drag due to capital requirements to keep it afloat.
