Just happened to drop by to this thread,... wahh, looks like iREIT Global continues to be affected by the exchange rate. No hedging here, bros ? Or hedging not effective, just like FLT and ec World REIT ?

Somehow,... I wouldn' t necessarily agree with ASSI nor CDL at this point in time. But well,.... okay, time will tell !!!!!!!!

Let their asset size grow and let them be included in an index, after which they will carry more visibility with the instos. After that, if they' re good, they can start thinking more abt unitholders' dpu growth.
