I am smelling something. This bugger may be the Star of the year or the Shit of the century. Huge gamble but this is STOCK MARKET
By pumping more good asset, they will kill you first. By selling 0.002 , they are happily walk away with profit.
It's not difficult for them to do something. They are controlling more than 80%. They may just pump in real good business. Shares price and all they need is to sell a drop of their shares to recover all their invested capital. Mr wintercrest, hope u are hearing this and call me for tips... :)

This deal is not that bad after all. Thorough housekeeping. I just humtum yesterday when thrown at 0.002. My eyes on this bugger now. Suspecting this counter may have some movements. NTA revised to positive $0.026 after this restructuring. Huge risk for me. Well, this is stock market and I am prepared to lose it all. Cheers

how to make $millions? simple. issue new shares at dirt cheap price at 0.00088 and sell at market buy price 0.002. make ard $22m.

another death spiral issues of new shares to wintercrest at 0.00088! also all those minerals oil and gas are given up to wintercrest. what' s left is just msian assets. run also cannot. just get hv to write off my 20 lots loss of $1k.

Suddenly read that the NTA per share becomes positive 0.026 after restructuring. Interesting. Queue at 0.002 and see how.
